If you are installing these outside you will also need to buy the cap for the top of the can and will need to buy a clear silicone sealant to caulk any space between the light and your wall to prevent moisture from seeping in and damaging the fixture

Worked perfectly with everything from halogen to led tried a number of halogen and cfl before settling on 40w led that give off just the right amount of color and light
