Im not sure why i never though to consider other vendors to see if i could get them a little cheaper but considering that apple is seemingly insular as far as compatibility is concerned i foolishly assumed that only components that came directly from apple would be okay to place back into the computer

I must say that after using the macbook for a little over a month now i realize how foolish my previous position was about not buying products directly from apple

However in order to replace the battery you need to disconnect the previous battery from the logic board using a flat plastic tool like a spudger and this product does not ship with one
