I have had this charger for about 2 months it was working fine until about a week ago

The product unfortunately worked for only a month before it broke the light on the charger wouldnt turn on when i plugged in the macbook mag safe piece into the computer and started beeping

I called customer service and they assured me that they would send another one out they were so friendly and really made up for the inconvenience it felt genuine and not over done
