Really like everything about this machine maybe would like the thermos to keep coffee warmer but coffee doesn’t usually stay in pot long enoughlove the water tank which is easil accessible compared to my other machine

Contacted keurig and they sent us a replacement at no charge

The second thing is that there isnt a setting for 14 oz mugs

The brewer works well although it has a cheap flimsy feeling to it compared to our prior brewers
