    If you are looking for a simple program to follow its perfect, if you are looking to learn different kettlebell exercises then it isn't the best.

    This is a “general physical preparedness” program, not designed to specifically improve a sport or something like powerlifting (though it likely will).

    I have gone from only being able to get up a 25 lb bell to using a 45 lb bell (i know there is only the 16kg, 24kg, 32kg outlined in the book but i was very weak and needed to prevent injury by using the 25lb at first.
