Had a problem with one of the shelves where the front bar wasnt even and it made the shelf look crooked on the wall

Started to return but when i removed the shelf from the wall i realized i just had to push on the lower piece of metal on the side that was crooked and i could straighten it out myself

I did return it because it wasnt quite right for the spot i neededand it didnt quite match the other fixtures in the room

I had to do it with a short stubby screwdriver which made it insulation a nightmare
