Removal of the old bushings was not fun

Then used the same mallet and a punch to punch out most of the old bushings from top to bottom leaving a metal sleeve

Then back to the punch to drive the remaining bits out or the bottom of the hinge

Delrin bushings popped right in after removal of the old bushings
