Very happy, especially with the scrolling feature.
Another reviewer complained about the cheap quality of this mouse, i think for this price range, that's expected.
Price
I've chosen it because the ball is centered, it has a handy scroll wheel, and the price is affordable.
The mouse is pleasant, overall, but, for its price, i expected a bit more.
Competitiveness
If they can keep this model close to the price of the logitech, they'll have a winner.
Just changed primary button and didn't miss a beat.
I picked mine up on amz warehouse, so it was slightly less than the logitech.
Seriously, though, i recently decided to start trying out some of the newer trackball products on the market.

If the buttons were a bit longer this wouldn't happen.

The fact that this button is too short also makes it more difficult to press the left button while holding the ball.

However, for a bit more money, there's probably a better one out there with the same features.

I finally got the wireless version and it works as good as the usb version.

Much easier than a mouse as you don't have to move your hands, just a finger, and it seems to be a bit faster than the trackpad on a mac, although with the trackpad you can use the two finger spread to resize the screen.

In fact there was a mac laptop with a trackball built in the laptop, although at that time it was a mechanical mechanism which wasn't as good as the current optical sensor.
