Pros
Interior pockets are conveniently sized (including expandable ones under the flap).
Cons
It looks good but it's not terribly durable. The quality and size are disappointing. This bag is literally a couple years old and it's still sold on their web site and on amazon, so that's blatantly false.
The front snaps (which are actually magnetic) are the culprit. Upon opening the bag the inside was punctured. The magnetics on the clasps are also too strong.
The non shoulder strap isn't secured from the center of the bag. My main gripe about that bag is that is can not stay closed.
The dimensions listed on this product are not accurate. The dimensions of my laptop are 15. However, the best advice i can give for people with considerably sized laptops is to shop for bags that are at least two inches above the screen size / length ... Read More

Biggest complaint is that i have to use a backpack should i want to take a water bottle or my lunch or anything more than administrative basics like a laptop notebook pens and phone charger
