The box was totally beat up and ripped

It took about 45 minutes from opening the package to figuring out instructions and getting it installed

Once installed the qr code on the front of the ac unit can be scanned to register it into the kenmore smart app to turn it on or off or track the temperature or mode

It worked without a hitch after i downloaded the app on my iphone and scanned in the qr code
