Pros
Don't hesitate to buy these. They're very comfy, sturdy—they feel solid. Stylish and serious. I love the way keens fit me.
The width across my toes to my heel feels custom fit. The extra width is great for boating or the beach. Have 3 pairs, these new ones are winter slippers, cool color and got them big to wear w wool socks.
I’m prone to dizziness and have issues with plantar fasciitis, so stable footwear is important for me. Grippy hiking sole is resilient. Great arch support and good cushioning for the heel and toes.
Cons
Wore these about 5 times and the heel came unglued from the fabric. Cause plantar fascitis, pain in calves and bottom + side of foot, rubs at the back. Maybe the shoe size was marked wrong.
Going to submit warrenty claim with keen. Sending them back. Fortunately, returning them was easy. Please direct me to the proper people to resolve this.
