After multiple emails back and forth with customer service explaining what was wrong with the first timer they refunded my money and sent me a new timer

Previous review easy to program and would have been a great product for turning a cat feeder on and off at programmed times but it stopped working after a couple days of use and the cats didnt get fed on time

I wanted an edenpure heater to turn on at a specific time heat up and run for x amount of hours and turn off each weekend only

Well it turned the electric heater on at the right time but i forgot you have to physically push another button to engage and activate the heating element for amount of output

It wont work for a coffee pot or other appliance have to press a button to say brew or if your crock pot needs to be programmed for high or low setting
