You can feel the complete and utter dedication in these pages and if you follow her feed on instagram which you should do its lovely a peek into her world of family and food you will have seen photos and descriptions of the area she covers in this book whilst she was shooting it and no doubt have promised yourself already to buy the book

I love that its not just a bunch of recipes but a real story the mini essays at the back of the book are my favourite part closely followed by all those gorgeous photographs

The pictures of the landscapes are stunning though you get the impression that this area does not get a lot of sunshine

The lavash and chicken pie we have a picture of the whole thing taken from the top but get no clue what it looks like on the inside for others we have pictures of the dish before it goes in the oven

This may change in the future and id rather know that this is how they make it than get a watered down massmarket version that tastes nothing like it should

Were these little dishes served in paris wine bars they would already be hailed as the latest bestthingsincebreadcamesliced
