It has several'spray-pattern' options to choose from by simply rotating the head to your preference. Great option for low flow water environments like boats, rvs, pump water situations.

It offers optimum pressure and doesn't give you only an outer circle of water or an inside pulse. Really like the high pressure massage setting! We have a water well system and our water pressure is much lower than municipal water supplies.

Cons

One of the sides of the holder for the handle was broken off completely. The only part that's metal is the hose. This showerhead is cheap, flimsy, and poorly constructed.
