Pros

High-quality product that delivers on its promises. It's awkward but worth it. Hsa eligible is a bonus.

The relief this mat provides far exceeds my orignal expectations. Single or occasional use brings immediate, tho short-lived, relief. The bpa-free abs plastic stimulators are custom designed to ensure maximum coverage on the back and neck.

Cons

The dimensions ( 34 × 24) mentioned on the site are far from accurate. The pillow is also on the smaller side 21. Doesn't provide much pain relief.

I was able to pay with hsa and got a prime day price too

Sort of a waste of money unless you like the feeling

A little expensive for the size of it really small my girlfriend hated hers and thought it was a joke

I am a shade over 6’1” so if i could go back i would have gotten the xl but otherwise it was well worth the money spent

Shipping

It took a few days to get used to but its worth the ability to let go and relax the back

After it was delivered and i opened it i laid on it for five minutes and my pain was gone
