Pros

Washing it more often has helped, even though my hair is not oily. It's great for any type of aches and pains and even helps amazingly with just bouncing back.

When i began taking this, it’s like someone cranked up the notch on my hair growth. Use the small spoon.

Both smell a little rotten but that's to be expected from sulfur. It's not great tasting, but it's worth it for my joints.

Cons

These msm flakes are so bitter to the taste that to me they are inedible. In order for me to drink it, i have to use a spoon to stir it while drinking. The added ingredients to make it taste like chocolate are not cool.
