Pros

The zinc orotate has better adsorption, so i expect my zinc and copper imbalance to balance quicker than the other zinc. I take magnesium also from the same manufacturer and it is really good.

Two pills a day cures my hidradenitis suppurativa! I still get zits but the deep infected boils have disappeared! Also, my * look & feel noticeably larger. Helps with immunity a less acne breakouts.

Zinc oratate is more absorbable than citrate, oxide etc. This is the most absorbable of others that i have found. there are 7 forms of zinc but they are not all absorbed the same.

Zinc orotates contain many antioxidant properties. It boosts the immune system and helps with so many other things. The only downside is it is not vegetarian friendly and does contain milk.

I’m not even sure why it would have milk in it.
