This particular brand is nice because they are chewable and they are inexpensive.
500 million is not a lot as far as numbers for probiotics, but it works, so can't complain!

I tried using multiple capsules at first and had no luck until i followed recipe in that link

I dont have a yogurt maker so i placed the jar in a warm water bath that was covered for about 8 hrs fermentation

He started taking these once or twice a day and still has symptoms sometimes but they are much much less than what it used to be

Im no doctor and im not sure if the pills actually work or if its some kind of placebo effect but either way the outcome has been good
