Latest 3 cables working perfectly you need to push them in very hard the first few times they are very stiff good if you ask me means they wont get lose quicklyi think most of the people having issues are having issues with not getting the cable fully plugged in

These go into place with just the right amount of friction so very little chance they will just fall out even when the connection jack is on the bottom of a video monitor
