This cable is a great replacement for the expensive oem lightning cable from apple
Since the cable is of comparable quality to my original apple lightning cable i cant say that it will be any more durable than the original ipad cable over a long period of repeated use bending and abuse
Overall this is a quality product and a great replacement lightning cable if your original cable has been lost broke or you just need another one
