It works, if you gotta sensitive homie dangling between your legs like mine. Sí sirve para lo que es. If you follow the instructions it works great.
I find it helpful to spray on your finger and then rub it in where needed to avoid overs praying. This is pretty good especially if you are a minute man.
Cons
The regular bottle of lidocaine from the store is much cheaper and works better than this one did. Please check ingredients before purchasing. Although all of them seemed safe, obviously their is an ingredient that causes allergic reactions.

Sometimes too well so make sure you test it out and have an idea of how much you need to spray beforehand cuz it might have you looking alittle unable to perform 😉

It worked very well for me but i ignored the directions and just hosed hard and shaft 360 degrees totally numb but im overly sensitive and thats what i need

About five sprays and its working in about 10 minutes for me everyone is different best to start out with a few sprays and see whats best for you it lasts for about 45 minutes i really dont have the problem its meant for but im greedy i like to try to get an extra half hour or so the sensation is the same it just takes longer to finish good stuff
