My outdoor feral loves it and figured it out how it works in minutes. My husband build a dog house like shelter with insulation for 2 stray cats that live on our porch.

The cord is great, completely metal encased to prevent chewing. The cable is a total win, definitely chew proof, even with goats.

This is not a cushion heated pad, in order to add cushion, you inflate it which i thought would scare my outdoor cats. But in her defense, this thing barely heats up. This listing advertises the foam version.

Not good. Really dissatisfied. You either have to keep it plugged in or unplugged. Shame on k&h for producing such an inferior product.
