Just like the emts use in our city. I like that they are in individual plastic bags for storage without the risk of any debris getting into the hook and loop strips.

Cons

If your cat is less than $20, i guarantee it's a knockoff. The windlass is extremely flimsy and under stress you don't want to bank on that. The product is not backed by the china manufacture.

The instructions are totally useless. The illustrations are of poor quality, low resolution photos that are not at all useful. There is no place to write time applied (yes, can be written on the skin). Not very happy. Would be completely unusable.
