I do have a wifi type obdii scanner but with that i have to connect it through wifi to my smart phone and cannot print the test information out like this one by connecting to a pc

It works really well you just connect it start the car and choose the options and select the make and it detects the engine problem quickly and show a code

The codes are reported and to some degree interpreted for you so you dont need to look up the vague code

I think the manual was written by engineers that were very familiar with the unit and its capabilities and they wrote from a position of knowledge that the typical user does not have
