I know there are many negative reviews on here due to the slow processing of claims and i will admit that it does take at least a few weeks to get reimbursed

This was about 3 weeks after the insurance policy start date

It took about 6 weeks to finally hear back for the first claim which they said was because they had to establish a history and obtain vet documents
