Pros
The retractable rim is a game changer. As everyone loves to jump and dunk.
My family loves it. My grandchildren love it. This thing takes a lot of * from teenage boys! Kids love it! The kids play on the trampoline for hours!
Cons
Rim also flips up and won't stay flat. Still flops side to side. Paint was torn off with tape when it was removed.

It was way easier to install and overall the quality seemed a lot better.
It appears to be good quality and i think it will last a while.
The quality of the tilt swivel setting needs a little improvement - the teeth/gears(?
Has held up with several dunk shots; seems like decent quality.
Competitiveness
Ordered a previous model which broke after about 5 months.
They play for hours with this bball hoop.
A little large for a trampoline imo.

The hoop is rated only three stars for sturdiness though, because no matter how tight you install, the hoop slants to one side.

It's probably a manufacturing defect.

Because the way the spring clip attaches the hoop to the 90 bracket, it won't stay plum.

The only down side was the air pump was broken.
