The only drawback that ive noticed and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is when i peel vegetables the peels regularly get caught between the cutter thing

I have never used one of these before and it did not come with any directions so i can not comment on if the julienne side of the peeler operates easier than other peelers

Im not sure what the rounded and vshaped parts are on either side

The reason for a lower star here is that the two blades capture quite a bit of food stuff so it can get pretty messy and needs to be cleaned immediately
