Bought this for my joovy ultralight caboose stroller. We have a radio flyer push/pull wagon this fits over perfectly! It is big enough to fit in a jogging stroller with the car seat attached to it.
Cons

It doesnt quite velcro but covers everything it needs to so i know it will fit perfect over both toddler seats once i transition
