Pros
Strong and easy to operate. Did its job of securing the door. Only complaint is that it is a bit tough to open sometimes.
Was easy to install and so far has worked fine. The price is good for what you get.
Holds up against my 50 pound dog jumping at it. Bought tho prevent my toddler from accessing rooms.
Cons
For someone that lives out of town this is a major inconvenience. These are cheaply made. Not safe. Look where the product was manufactured.

Baby cannot pull on the lever when the bottom bar is engaged but adults can still open the doors by pulling the lever up

The adhesive is super strong and string or floss will not separate unit from install point
