I had to order a 2xl which seems crazy i am 52 155lbs and wear a ml in us size but im glad i followed the size chart its tight and was hard to get on but i wanted it tight to hold everything in
I gave four stars because the back rolls down a bit so you have to do some adjusting to make it stay
