This is an excellent applepeeling tool but for assembly and application purposes it would really serve you well to refer to the website that they mention at the bottom of page 4 instruction manual

Yes they are also taught within the text of the pamphlet but the videos are sooooo much more user friendly

My older one had to be attached to the table edge and usually didnt fit

The peels are very thin so you do not have wasted apple or potato

In the instruction booklet that comes with the tool it is explained that the peeler doesnt work well with very soft apples

Super simple to suction to whatever apples glide right through all the peel comes off
