The writing on the box and on the instruction manuals is in chinese with an english translation underneath

They are nontoxic and environmentally friendly however i still wouldnt suggest leaving a child alone with this toy if they still like to discover their world with their by taste

Their is a small manual with suggestions of designs and pictures but i am sure no child will have any problem making up their own snowflake pictures and animals

If you are a parent with smaller and older children buying this for the older child i can only repeat the above warning of bits of pretty plastic in curious hands
