There is a clear film that you must remove before using the board, but there is a minor aesthetic issue.

The film is wedged by the frame, so when you pull it off, you might not get the edges because it's squeezed by the frame.

Even while being so large, it is very sturdy, and when adequately attached to a wall, it won't even budge.
