Really impressed with the quality and amount of steel aluminum in the construction

Overall i am very happy with the mount

Yet the build quality is on par for a professional work place rather than a home application

I only have two minor complaints with the mount and they are very minor

Great design easy to assemble and the price makes it very affordable

And the price is pretty much in anyones budget range that is going to the expense of having a multimonitor system

Technical support was quick and fast to help me get my problem solved

The product does seem to be quality but the shipping was appalling

Customer service emails to me so it’s my hope that they care enough to work with amazon regarding the shipping issues i mentioned

I found no damage to the packaging for the stand

Once the brown box was opened and i removed the packaging

The additional packaging was exactly one piece of a paper packing sheet merely laid upon it

While not as nice as a high end ergotron gas springtouch adjustment type mount its the best stand of its type ive seen

The various assembly parts came in a random ziplock bag

Ive had experience with cheaper stands single and dual in the past including those from monoprice and ebay
