Pros

The craftsmanship is excellent and they are actually prettier than the photo shows on the site. This is one of those items where you are pleasantly surprised when the product is better than anticipated.

Baked and broiled in the oven. Perfect for topping oysters.

Cons

Putting the shells off to the side does not create a true “grilled” oyster. Do not put these shells directly over lite coals.

They seem sturdy and considering the cooking method over charcoal pretty easy too clean

These are well made a good size more than enough for a nice big oyster and delicious toppings and are really pretty

The shells themselves are really nicely made

Nice for quick baked oysters from ten jar so do not need to shuck from the shell

Packaging/appearance

But that is not the whole story this company has an outstanding packing department and i can only say thank you to them

They came in a nice storagegift bag

If they had not been so well packed they would have been trashed

They come in and are stored in a mesh bag reminding you of acutally clamming
