My soninlaw and grandson who did the assembly this past weekend were pleased that all the parts were there it isnt possible to run to the local hardware store to pick up replacements in that remote location but were a bit frustrated that the assembly instructions were entirely pictorial

I ordered 2 of these chairs the first was delivered yesterday and i gave it one star because it was defective and would not assemble

I dropped off the first one today at the ups store and there was no charge to return it

Instead they are all thrown in a bag and you have to match them up with the directions

The leather feels synthetic but really good or maybe its vinyl either way the material was not specified on the page

I didn’t see the product offered in any other colors other than just the brown color you see in the picture
