Pros
The gritty abrasive is somewhat aggressive and worked like a charm for my needs. Great files for removing rough edges on fused glass.

Even though they are compact, they are easy and comfortable to handle. The rubberized handles are quite comfortable for prolonged use. They have nice, padded handles.
Great tools at an unbeatable price. Quality seems good. Price is realy good.
These files are just what the doctor ordered. For me these are a must have. They are as pictured. Wish they made them in graduated grades.
Cons
Maybe the person that contacted me was embarrassed, i guess they should have been in some ways even if they didn't personally send it. One email is plenty, two is unnecessary, three is excessive.

If you bought them for wood they will smooth the wood but not remove much material

The only improvement would be to add the diamond cutting medium further up the shank for a longer cutting stroke even if it raised the price
