Tablets are smooth and easy to *. The capsules are not too large or sticky. Each capsule contains 1500 mg of glycostat plus the usual binding agents.
They are consistently one of the most effective, freshest brands. They're not cheap - but if you're trying to kick some lingering weight they'll get you where you want to be. I like the fact that the mgm is higher than most.

This jarrow brand seems to really work for me along with the golo
I also take a starch blocker when eating starches and that helps but not to the extent it has with the bitter melon
The fda hates anything that works jarrow formulas should be warned about the coming fda attack on this product

Over packaging is deceptive and there seems to be no real need to have half a bottle of cotton to protect pills like these

Im not sure how much this product helped but it was certainly a lot more enjoyable than my wifes fresh bittermelon smoothie

Now the label on the bottle says it supports blood pressure and blood sugar already in the normal range – so it is not claiming to lower blood sugar but it seems to have had an effect on my husband since he really did not change his eating habits too much and this also ranged over the holiday time where there were some temptations that were not avoided

It is way overstuffed with cotton so that the bottle is only half full

I’ve been using bitter melon with success with my doctors help but find other brands work just as well as this brand taste better and are much cheaper

However if you’re vegetarian you may prefer this brand because there’s no gelatin capsule
