Make sure you read all the ingredients on all brands because some companies have started calling acidophilus a probiotic and that is the only active ingredient in the pills and the only thing that is good for is for lactose intolerant people so if you need a probiotic that is not just acidolphilus

I tried acidophilus it helped a little and made me a more regular but the coloring seemed off too light and there were still undigested bits
