Pros
Taking this form of folate made a noticeable difference for me, including hair growth. The company is top notch too. This is inexpensive and i have been pleased with jarrow supplements in the past.
Tmg or betaine anhydrous counter all the symptoms of my mthfr. After being on birth control for so long my folate levels were depleted. It gives me energy, helps my mood, and improves my overall well-being.
Cons
This product contains only 400 mcg of folate. Product expiration date on bottle is 3/10? This capsule is not sublingual.
