Curcumin/turmeric is an excellent natural anti-inflammatory that i have not had any side-effects with. Of course i follow a strict diet with no corn, tomatoes or grains but this is a game changer for me. Cost less than purchasing at local organic well... Read More

We like this particular brand, as it has the amount of recommended curcumin. Will continue purchasing. Love jarrow products. Bottle came sealed.

Cons

Curcumin/turmeric by itself is pretty much worthless. The danger comes from inhaling some curcumin powder ejected from the stomach. That is because it is not soluble in water.

This curcumin works for me at this dosage of nearly 2000mg daily the 120 ct bottle will only last a month

I am allergic to sulfa drugs so i cant take prescribed antiinflammatories aspirin or antibiotics

Overall im a huge fan of jarrow products

Just dont touch anything white after youve touched these capsules before youve washed your hands
