The chief thing that worsens my depression is lack of sleep. The longterm supplementation with pterostilbene seems to pose a significant danger for one's cardiovascular health. Be sure to confirm the expiration date prior to purchasing if possible.
Ala soaks up the biotin in the body and since this product has biotin i thought it’d be protective.
These supplements are not the beverage made from brewing tea leaves in hot water. It's really inconvenient to open the capsule and take the powder.
