The food is accessible and. Very useful and artsy at the same time. The meals are quite tasty, and very economical.

Many of the recipes are traditional but there is room for creativity and experimentation. The remainder of the book divides recipes into categories based on whether vegetarian or by the type of meat is used as the main ingredient.

Cons

Reviewer says he couldn't make any of the recipes. The kindle edition is not compatible with the dictionary. Buyer beware, these are not gourmet chefs.
