Pros
Thermometer has on the thermometer 'fudge' so you know where to boil it to. Also has other cooking temp like caramel toffee jam etc.
Cons
The exact figure i need to see is no longer visible, rendering it totally useless! Threw it away. Used twice and now unusable. After 3 uses the markings are rubbing off.
Temperatures in boiling water reads 80°c. In boiling water the temperature reads below 80°c. Raises to 90 degrees and stops. Doesn't change temperature whether put in freezing water or cooking jam.
