The only two concerns i have with this product is that the sides might not hold up with frequent use but that seems to be an issue with any accordian folder

My other complaint is that one of the tabs that holds the label was not intact on the bottom so i had to tape the label in place which was a minor fix shown in picture

I had to the little tabs to write the date on them and file the bills by the due date of the bill

The second photo shows that the bottom of file does not expand but is a fixed width of one inch

I ordered the smoke gray which is a light gray because it is completely see through
