Pros
The ceremonial matcha is delicious, has a smoothness to it, lovely flavour and is not bitter at all! Love how my matcha lattes turn out. My kids love it too as an afternoon iced drink!
Add more hot water and mix with a frother. This takes out all the lumps and mixes it completely. Blends up pretty well.
The quality is significantly better than anything i've bought in brick and motar stores. Not sure why people are complaining, you get what you pay for and matcha isn't cheap.
Cons
It tastes like mold. It's extremely clumpy. Not drinkable. Not as tea, or a latte, or in a smoothie or with sweetener.
The bright brilliant color in my picture is deceiving as it's more like a dark dull green. It tastes like seaweeds and the colour is really dull even for a culinary-grade matcha.

Its because the resealable bag is useless rendering it unfresh quickly after opening
