Pros

This mat is the mat to have. However, this performs, it holds up and the dark blue is a nice color. Voyage (green 1/16 super light and folded tiny, fitted into a tote bag for studio class covering on studio mat).

It is a pricier mat, but at $80/6 years = around $13/year, i think it's a very reasonable splurge.

Cons

They're an unauthorized seller, and so i'm not able to get any compensation.

It starts to peel and rub off in your hands and feet. The mat starts to crumble and pill where your feet and hands land.

The manduka has a slick, oily coating like the manduka. The thinness and texture is extremely uncomfortable. The texture is rough on my hands and i was slipping as much as i would on a cheap pvc mat. Much worse is the durability factor.

This mat is disgusting! The smell is unbelievable! After 5 months on my porch and several washes, this mat smells just as bad as the day it arrived.
