It isn't inexpensive, but truly does make a good meal that meat-eaters will enjoy as well as vegans. Easy to prepare with bottled bbq sauce of your choice.

Cons

An 85 gram serving of aroy-d's jackfruit only has 1 gram of dietary fiber and 1gram of protein. Not happy with purchase.
