People said the cover didn’t close but you have to finish the song and wait for the lock to pop back out which is clearly visible on the inside is directions my boys even loved there sisters gift

The only minor issue i found with it is that once the unicorn pops up and you go to push it back down in and relatch the lid, you may have to rotate the crank another four rotation for the gears to realign, and set the latch back.

I made it a point to finally get her one this year (after some serious mom guilt and a little bit of pity party from her), but she's almost 7 now and i was having the worst time finding a jack in the box that was more age appropriate.
