Pros

Sometimes, they move while exercising. However, i am 160lbs and am using them on carpet so that probably helps with the friction. They have saves my wrists!

Love these pushup bars. The padded grip is wonderful. I find, however, that the foam handgrips on the bars are better on the 11inch bars, unless i had a less quality product.

I am totally satisfied with this product. I have nothing but praise for the prompt attention shown me by their customer service department.

Cons

Flimsy shiny metal; and cheap construction. One screw hole was poorly drilled. Now one of the parts is loose. The foam is garbage, rip that off immediately.

The foam handgrips are misaligned so when the two bars were placed parallel the grips are staggered one inch in front of the other. The bar is only 9 inches high, which is almost half as high and makes it impossible to do dips with.
